We have discovered that this building was utilized by a cult known as the Church of Bible Understanding. The view on the right is the building in the 70’s from Woodland Avenue. They were known for their aiding Haiti by establishing orphanages which they would support with food and other types of aide. The picture on the right is a close up of the building during the same period when it was a called the Philadelphia Lamb House (another name for the CofBU). We are working on discovering more about the rich history that this building possesses. We will keep updating this page with our new discoveries.
